For your comfortable rest – new spacious cottages with all amenities, kitchenettes and outdoor terraces.

This is a cozy and secluded area located on a bend in the river, away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

The seashore is 700 m away, the central Kopų Street is 450 m away, and the nearby Šventoji River is just 60 m away. Therefore, to ensure that your hours of rest do not last long, you can take care of fishing rods and bait.

In this year's construction, "Summer", you will find cottages for 2-4 people with separate outdoor terraces and indoor amenities: bathroom, kitchenette, and television.

The yard has barbecue facilities, parking spaces, and a play corner for children.

Rental price of cottages and rooms:

Double cabin with kitchenette, amenities, terrace 58-90 EUR

  • The rental price for single bed linen per person is 3 EUR, for double bed linen - 4 EUR;
  • Towel set rental - 3 EUR;

  • Paid services: one-time laundry - 2 EUR, charcoal with ignition kit - 5 EUR;

Reservation and prepayment terms:

  • Rooms and cottages are reserved in advance;
  • Arrival and departure are available on all days of the week, except Saturday;
  • Payment is made for one day, within 24 hours from the date of booking. Otherwise, please coordinate the advance payment with the host;
  • The advance payment is transferred to account LT817300010088506345, beneficiary - Alvydas Rušinskis;
  • We will confirm the received payment via SMS;
  • If the reservation is canceled in advance or upon arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable;
  • Without prior agreement, upon arrival and shortening the stay, the client pays an additional one-day price.

Arrival:

  • Check-in time from 3 p.m.
  • You pay the remaining cost of services before accommodation;
  • If you arrive after 6 pm, please inform the hostess;

Departure:

  • Check-out is until 11 am.
  • If vacation days are shortened, money is not refunded;
  • For the possibility of departure later than 11 am, please inquire in advance;
  • The keys must be returned to the administration.

  • Silence is observed in the holiday home from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Additional person (from 6 years old) in the room EUR 10. There are no rollaway beds, but upon request, we provide a mattress per person;

  • We accept neat and calm pets. Pet fee 10-15 EUR one-time.

  • The client is responsible for any material damage caused to the holiday home;
  • For violations of public and internal order rules, failure to comply with warnings, the client will be deregistered without refunding the money paid.
